This website provides information about More Luxury Egypt's B2B alternative accommodation coordination services for Travel Agencies, Tour Operators, DMCs and other approved tourism-company partners. It is not a public property marketplace or automatic booking platform.
2. Requests and Availability
Submitting a request does not create a confirmed reservation. Availability, prices, services, terms and suitability remain subject to supplier verification, partner review and written confirmation.
3. B2B and Client Ownership
Requests must be submitted by, or formally authorised by, a tourism company. More Luxury Egypt does not accept direct consumer bookings. The tourism-company partner retains its client relationship, and traveller communication is limited to authorised operational support or a formal partner referral.
4. Partner Responsibilities
Business partners must provide accurate and authorised request information, review all supplied details and commercial terms, and obtain any required traveller permissions before confirmation.
5. Third-Party Suppliers
Accommodation may be provided by independent suppliers. Applicable supplier terms, cancellation conditions and operational requirements will be communicated during the request and confirmation process.
6. Confidentiality and Pricing
Partner pricing, commercial terms and client information are confidential and request-specific. They must not be disclosed or reused outside the relevant authorised transaction.
7. Intellectual Property
Website branding, text, design and original materials may not be copied or reused without written permission.
8. Liability
Nothing on this website should be treated as a guarantee until the relevant commercial and operational terms are confirmed in writing. Responsibilities relating to each confirmed stay are governed by the applicable written confirmation and supplier terms.
