We work exclusively with DMCs, Travel Agencies and Tour Operators. Accommodation for events or business travel can be coordinated through these partners.

How are accommodation options selected?

We review your request and return curated options with the relevant request-specific commercial, payment and cancellation terms. After your company selects its preferred unit, we obtain final supplier reconfirmation of availability, dates, unit specification, supplier terms and operational details before issuing the official MLE Accommodation Confirmation/Voucher. Any settlement follows only the terms agreed for that request; we do not promise one fixed payment timing.

What happens after confirmation?

More Luxury Egypt coordinates check-in and any settlement due under the agreed request-specific terms, provides in-stay operational support, then handles check-out, any remaining reconciliation or operational matters, and file closure.

Who manages the client relationship?

Your company remains client-facing. Supplier coordination and issue escalation run through More Luxury Egypt. Supplier costs and our margins are not disclosed; you receive confidential MLE B2B selling prices.
